Surf Fishing on California Beaches!
We can fish any of the beaches from Santa Barbara to San Louis Obispo County. Fly-fishing and spin fishing the surf have become more popular in the recent years. Fisherman are beginning to realize how much potential lies along our beaches. The conditions and tides play a huge part of how these beaches need to be approached. I can teach you how to catch fish at any beach along our coast. If boating is not for you, this is a way to access great fishing here in California. Year round opportunities await.
We can chase fish with spinning rod or fly rod. Some of the fish lie in water that is only six inches deep. I usually approach these fish with light tackle which makes it really exciting when the occasional Halibut comes along. It Can create an amazing fight.
Fly Fishing Waders or surf booties are a good idea when fishing the beach. Early morning or evening trips are available. Good fishing on the beaches of Santa Barbara. Species range from Halibut, surf perch, California Corbina, white sea bass, and even sharks!
